Pet Policy

We offer pet-friendly apartment living and happily accept domesticated pets (as long as they weigh less than 25 pounds and stand no taller than 21 inches). A non-refundable fee of $250 is required at signing, along with an additional $250 refundable deposit due at move-in, subject to lease terms.

If you have a support animal, just provide a written statement from a qualified professional, and we won't charge any pet deposits or fees. We can't wait to meet your four-legged family members.
